AI models, and the software that puts them to work.

An AI research and software company. We build for work that has a right answer, not just a plausible one.

One shipping,
one in development.

Two applications out of the lab so far, both built on a single conviction: a model is only useful once it is wrapped in software that refuses to let it be wrong.

AI video ads · echougc.com

Describe a product. EchoUGC writes the script, casts an AI actor with native lip-sync, and returns a finished vertical ad with captions, music, and platform sizing already applied.

  • Two formats at launch: Yapper ads, AI talking heads with native lip-sync, and product demos. URL-to-ad briefs follow.
  • Operator rewrites a hook or tightens the opening two seconds on request.
  • Export presets for eight ad platforms, batch generation for weekly hook testing, and dubbing into more than thirty languages.
  • A failed render refunds itself automatically. No ticket, no waiting.

Paid-media campaign generation

Describe a business, an offer, and a budget. AdViper returns a complete paid-media campaign: structure, targeting, and copy, all validated and ready to import into your own ad account.

  • Generated against the live platform schema, then validated and repaired before it reaches you.
  • Special ad category detection at intake, so housing, employment, and credit offers receive the targeting restrictions the law requires.
  • A complete preview and edit surface: regenerate any field, revise any line, then export or push.
  • Campaigns arrive in your account paused. You review the spend, then release it.

02 — Research

Plausible output and correct output are separated by a lot of unglamorous engineering.

Vencire works in that gap. We develop and adapt models for tasks where the output has a schema and a right answer, then build the systems that hold them to it.

Validation returns to generation for repair

One method, both products. The evaluation harness is written before the model is trusted with anything, and nothing reaches a customer system without clearing validation and a human.

01

Structured generation

Constrained decoding and schema-bound output for tasks where a free-form answer is worthless. Copy that has to survive a character limit and a compliance rule at the same time, and parameters that have to be valid in a system we do not control.

02

Evaluation

Harnesses, benchmarks, and regression suites. The work that matters is the evaluation harness, not the demo. If we cannot measure that a change made output more correct, we have not shipped an improvement, only a difference.

03

Model adaptation

We develop and adapt models for narrow, high-stakes tasks rather than chasing general capability. Extraction, synthesis, and generation against a fixed target, where the definition of correct is written down before training starts.

04

Applied systems

The engineering a model needs to become a product: billing, entitlements, background jobs, platform integrations, and the review surfaces that let a non-technical operator approve what a model produced.

03 — Approach

Four decisions that cost us features, and are worth it.

Constraints Vencire holds to across every product, including the ones we have not built yet.

01

Generated work never acts on its own

Nothing our software produces takes effect until a person approves it. Campaigns pushed into a customer's ad account arrive paused, and the customer authorizes every dollar of spend. This is both a security boundary and a legal position, and it will hold for whatever we build next.

02

Validate everything the model produces

Structured output is a starting point, not a guarantee. Everything a model generates is checked against the destination system's own rules before it moves forward. A hallucinated parameter is a bug, and we treat it as one.

03

Isolate credentials that can spend money

Platform tokens are encrypted with a KMS and held apart from the application database, scoped to the minimum required, rotated on schedule, revoked on disconnect, and never logged. Every write to a customer account is rate-limited and audited.

04

Ship before the platform approves

Platform API approvals take months and can be refused outright. We build so a product delivers its full promise without them, and treat direct integration as an upgrade that removes a manual step, never as the thing a product needs in order to exist.
